Southwestern college San Diego ADN applications for fall 2025- I thought I'd start this for anyone applying to the fall 2025 cohort! I saw they just changed their point system.

as far as I know that's just how it works when it comes to the alternate list. and yes I did receive an email today saying I got offered a spot on the alternate list and to confirm with them if I want to be on it by March 18th. I responded right away confirming. I'm hoping for the best!

Got an update. Placed on a secondary alternate list 😞 most likely didn't make it

There is still hope though! I believe some people also got into Grossmont as well. I sent an email to them asking which spot I'm on the alternate. I believe I'll probably be in the back since I have less pts.

I just received an email that on of my classes they didn't take when they originally approved me on the PEPE form😓

I'm sorry to hear that. Was it one of the science classes? I took almost all my classes at swc and one at national university so I didn't do the PEPE form.

It's OK, I just wish I knew about it prior. It was my child development 😓 I took CD 124, which doesn't fulfill my CD requirement.
