Hi everyone! I’m starting this thread so we can share our application criteria points with each other! I just turned in my application today. I have between 85 and 88 points. I have 3 B’s on my science prerequisites :((, 4.0 gpa for all the general Ed courses. I have fluency in Spanish, an associates degree, CNA, and volunteer experience. I scored an 88 on my TEAS! I hope they can look past my grades in my prerequisite courses and I get in!!! I hope we all get into this cohort! Good luck everyone

That’s so awesome!! Congrats. My husband is an alternate to the LVN step up also. Sounds like they already called 3 ppl back! ?we still have hope ?? If you don’t mind me asking do you know how many points you had?

Any alternates hear anything? Sure the answer is no, but just checking... And p.s. I had NO clue there would be so many alternates. ?

A girl I know asked the main professor, and that's what she was told. I think that's why there were so many people there. They only accept 60, so the rest had to be alternates. Perhaps people that were denied came, but not sure why they would do that.

There were a TON of people there.

On the sign in list when they were passing it around for our emergency contacts I saw 95 names on there (it has numbers along the side) so with the 60 people accepted that means there was probably around 30-35 alternates. But I also saw about 5 people that never signed in, idk if they were alternates or accepted people.

Exactly... that's what I saw. Wonderful. 35 or so of us. ??

So confused why they took so many.

Did she get anymore information?? Man that scares me even more. But yes, i did see that there was a total of 96. They asked to raise hands for alternates, so I didnt think it was that many! Some people didn’t sign in so... we have hope.

Don't think she got additional info...

The sheet never reached me (only saw when entered the room).. But I saw 94 or so when I signed in, and no joke my world stopped. Like I couldn't think straight. Ugh

I wish there’s some sort of alternate group lol. I feel annoying always commenting here. But anyways, I know what you mean. Hopefully someone hears back soon.
