I also got an interview invitation. Does anyone know what the format for the interviews looks like? Are they clinical knowledge based?

I interviewed at SIUE last year through zoom. Not sure how they will conduct interviews this time. They had about 8 pods and asked varies questions. Clinical/leadership in the unit/emotional intelligence/simulation/ etc. Mostly what would you do scenarios and gave us about 5-8 min. It's interviewed by faculty and one was done by students (which didn't think it was fair).

Thanks for the advice! This year it will be in person. I wouldn't be surprised if they keep a similar structure. Looks like it will be a long day of presentations + interviews. I wonder if it is going to be mainly emotional/behavior or clinical...

anyone remember faculty names whom were at the interview? I am trying to send out thank you emails but cannot recall all their names... I don't think all that are listed on the website were at the interview.

Last year they heard back in 2 weeks!! but their interviews were later?? I'm thinking it'll be sometime early august
