Anyone applying for spring 2018 for ASN

how is everyone's teas and gpa

im stressed

Congratulations!!!! I agree. There were definitely good odds on our side lol.

See you guys at orientation!!

I have been reading you all comments for about three days now and I have been just as nervous but I just found out that I GOT IN TOOOOOOOO!!!

See y'all at orientation! I'm in, too! Still graduating at the same time I would have with my last program - and I have a strong feeling this program is going to be solid!

Are you guys okay with this program not being accredited? Just really worried about not finding a job after and wasting money on this program. Any advice?

Or worrying about not getting into BSN program

I'm not worried. The vast majority of places ask if you're a Georgia licensed RN, and you will be. They don't typically ask about your programs accreditation - just licensure.

I looked at a few job postings and some do ask for accreditation like jobs at Emory. But I know that I will be pursuing my BSN and there are several programs that will accept the non accredited ASN. But everyone's situation is different. Cost wise, location, timing, and my personal career goals - this program aligns perfectly with it. You have to be ultimately comfortable with it so you aren't stressing it too much in school, we'll have enough to stress about during school.

Thank you guys for the input!

Are ya'll interested in having a Facebook page to help with correspondence and keeping track of important dates/information?
