Southern Crescent Tech ASN Spring 2021

Hey everyone! I am starting a thread for those applying to SCTC's ASN program for Spring 2021! I submitted my application on 8/3 and have a 3.42 GPA and an 82.7 on the TEAS. Previous year students, do I have a good chance of getting in with 424.7 points?

I didn't apply anywhere else. You? This sucks.

Girl I feel your pain. I applied to a few other schools. You should try Columbus Tech! The application for them isn’t due until Oct 1. The only thing is you will have to take the Pre NLN.

What is a pre NLN? Do you any other schools that still have there apps still open?

The only one I know of is Columbus Tech & it’s an entrance test. Instead of the TEAS they use the Pre NLN.

Did you take the Pre NLN remotely from home ? How was it ?

Waooo .... Columbus Tech is way to far for me ... I live in East Atlanta Village .... My only option was SCTC but I didn't get accepted ... so I guess I will have to wait and apply again ... it really sucks ...

You had to go to Columbus Tech to take it but everyone had their temps taken & it was required to wear a mask & you had to be socially distant. I ended up not studying & fell one point short of the requirement, but I’m gonna take it again in a couple of weeks. It’s okay. You will have to study but the good thing is if you buy the study material from the website a lot of the questions that were asked were on the study guides!

I’m sorry Nick. ? There May be other schools in the area still accepting apps for the Spring term. Or there may be a school that you can apply to for the fall term!

West ga tech! You need a CNA license to apply to there program though. They have Summer entrance dates too.
