Southern California New Grad programs 2022

Hello everyone,

I am taking my NCLEX soon and wanted to start applying to new grad ER programs in Los Angeles or any Southern California new grad positions. Does anyone have any recommendations or advice? Also any tips on the highest paying hospitals in Southern CA?
