Thank you ! I'm so excited . I do have few questions
Realistically, Is it possible to work during the first year of the program?  How was your experience dealing with financial aid ?  did you feel prepared on your first clinical day? Any resources that you could recommend using before school starts in January?

Specializes in MICU / CCU / Neuro ICU CCRN TNCC.

I start in January... did y'all feel it was necessary to move to Knoxville ?

Specializes in Pediatric ICU.

Where is your clinical, I would highly advise to not move to Knoxville unless you're clinical site is there

If you want to move to Knoxville, TN then that's totally up to you. However, I would advise you not to. There are no special perks because you still will not have any extra access to the simulation lab ,etc. All students have equal amount of time when it comes to accessing the lab which is only when we  have on campus intensives and everyone comes to campus. However, you will have access to the on campus library if that is what you're interested in. As a first year, you will only come to campus once and that is at the beginning.. only the first week of school. Your second year when you start clinical you will come to campus more often.. so it wouldn't make sense for you to move to TN and then turn around and move to TX for clinical unless you just want to.
