South Alabama or Georgetown

I am thinking about applying to the FNP/AC Nurse Practitioner program at University of South Alabama. Was wondering if anyone was currently in this program who could give me some insight. Also was looking at Georgetown University FNP progam. I already have my Masters through WGU and noticed some of the courses are the same. Will I have to repeat advanced health assessment, advanced pharm and patho at either university. I was leaning toward University of South Alabama because they have a DNP program where as Georgetown does not. Or could anyone recommend a different school that might be better for a DNP via the nurse practitioner route? I would appreciate any feedback.

Thank You!

I applied to South Alabama for this coming fall. I was considering Georgetown but then saw that Georgetown was about $1,800 per credit hour. That was too much for me.

I applied to south Alabama for this fall. I'm already a NP I'm going for post-masters in a new specialty and DNP. From understanding you don't have to repeat the Advanced 3 Ps. If you already took them got a satisfactory grade.

Can you tell me how the acceptance rate was? I just applied. 3.8 masters GPA and 3.32 BSN GPA. 4 years NP experience.
