"somewhat low" nursing entrance score but good GPA?

Hey guys,

 I've taken my PAX exam and got a 112 ( but in my CC a "75" is required") but I have the following grades:

A - AP1 Lecture

B - AP1 Lab

B- AP2 Lecture

B- AP2 Lab

C - Micro lecture

B-  Micro lab

A- Math

A- Psychology

 has anyone had low entrance exams but a good GPA?

mb , 112 is a 62nd percentile in my school
