I am an RN with 11 years exp. most of which is in home health an case managerment. I am looking for something new to do in the nursing field any advice out there? Something that will not be to shocking on the non-hospitol nurse.

Hmmm - where do your interests lie? Occupational health nursing if you have some acute care ER or critical care nursing under your belt. Dialysis nursing? Insurance or hospital case management? School nursing? Being an instructor if you have an advanced degree. Good luck.
