does anyone know of a way in which i as a foreign national(i'm a citizen of the bahamas) might be able to pay for my nursing education? do any of you know about any programs that i can investigate? i was expecting to receive a scholarship here that would assist me with paying for it abroad, but that scholarship is a no go now. i am so disappointed :o . i started to cry when I found out, now I don't have a clue as to what to do next in regard to making my dream a reality. any advice anyone? i sure would appreciate it.

there are opportunities there.....try foreign nurses search on variety of search engines...............will ask around myself........

www.fastweb.com You may have to click "NO" on a lot of things that website advertises and tries to sell there, but just click "no" and continue. Fill out the online questions they ask of you, and they will email you with any scholarships that may help you. I belong to it myself, so I know it's a good website. Best of luck, Keisha! Don't give up on your goals! You may have to write a few colleges here in the United States, and ask them for information regarding financial assistance.
