Hi -
I didn't specifically understand clyster, but I assume from the context that it's what we call an enema.
I sure understood the rest of it. I think we've all taken care of sume guy or other who really gets turned on by having an enema - especially from a nurse. Sickies.
With friends like me, who needs enemas?

Im working in ER. I have some doubts about one patient, who visiting us regulari. He is a man, about 40-50 y,old.First time when he came i didnt suspect anything. The problem was constipation, and he ask me just to do a clyster. And that he dont need to see a doc, because he had vist his FD(family doc) few days ago and FD told him if he will have the same problem then he have to go to the hospital and have a clyster.Ok. first time i didit to him clyster,he didint had any other compleins. All this happend at night 4-5 oclock.Passing few days he came back. And again at night. And the story was same. Then i told him that he have to wait because i have more serios patsient. And this isnt er situation.(constipation).He waited. And the end i did it again.Ok,and all this happend again pass few days. And the same story, and every time he confirm that he dont have to see doc.At last time i started to suspect him, because when other nurse started speak with him,he told that he dont have a problem. And when he saw that i wont deal with him, he just left and havent vist me for a long time.
I hope that you will understand what i wrote.
