What is the best stuff to study for this CLEP? I am planning to use the flash cards on quizlet, but I want to make sure this is the material I should be studying.

Use study blue! It's a website where students make flash cards and share them. Make an account and search "sociology clep" and you will find a bunch! I used them to study and passed :)
