Starting a chain for SoCal Providence RN Residency Program - Feb 2026 Cohort!

During the open forum she briefly went over what the TIPS residency looks like and she also explained how the interview process would look like. 1st half is usually behavioral questions and then 2nd half is a case study. It will be with a panel of 2-3 core leaders. She said that after your interview (if your interview is Wednesday then by Friday, and if your interview is Friday then by Monday) you may receive an email to be invited to attend the meet and greet at your hospital and this is where all the unit managers are set up like a job fair and you go around and talk with whoever you'd like. This is by invitation only. And then she said 2-3 weeks after that you'll receive an offer if one is made to you!

How is everyone preparing for the case study questions? I have my interview w torrance this week 🫩

I haven't gotten an interview invite so I emailed the main campus Providence email yesterday to check on the status of my applications which all still say 'under consideration'. They responded to me this morning and said that if you did not receive an interview invite the week of 12/23, then you are on a waitlist. Hope this helps anyone in a similar situation!

For those who were invited to an in-person interview for Providence- Torrance did they specify where this would take place? Mine just says in-person but doesn't specify where.

Same for Burbank! Mine's tomorrow. Has anyone interviewed with them before? If so, is it the same as Torrance with case studies? Sorry, it's my first time applying, and I'm really nervous! Any advice would be appreciated:) Good luck, everyone!

I'm also wondering the same! I have not interviewed with Burbank either.

Just wanted to share that I've accepted an offer with another organization and will be withdrawing my interview/application from Providence St. Joseph 🙏🏼 My interview was originally scheduled for January 12, so I'm hoping my slot can be given to one of you.

Best of luck to everyone still waiting! Don't lose hope!
