I agree with you! It's just stressful being "ghosted" when meeting the criteria.
Yes well deserved & good luck!!
But I agree it suck's being ghosted! I was ghosted by Kaiser new grad & PIH new grad! Which sucks! At least send a denial email

I have less than one year of RN experience, worked as a caregiver, aide for an outpatient clinic, waitress at a restaurant, bartender, events coordinator, and a coach. I added in a cover letter as well. Only have my ADN but BSN is in progress. I have BLS, ACLS, MAB, Fire&safety certs. TBH I am not sure why 3 hospitals reached out to me. There is a lot of qualified people on here too. I did graduate a year ago, so I've been manifesting for interviews for a long time coming, so I am very excited for this. Hope this helps.
Did you include a cover letter with the resume?

I did add an objective statement AND a summary of qualifications (but using my top 3 jobs that relate to providence) on my resume.. and no I don't mind sharing! I used 10 pt times new roman, 1.0 paragraph spacing, and my friend told me its best to use every single blank space in a paper (so I had to fix the margins) and narrowed it, which created a lot of space to add more stuff!! I started with my name, email address/phone number, and which city I am located in as the header.. then it moves on to objective statement, education, summary of qualifications, clinical experience, work experience, additional university roles and projects, and lastly additional skills and certs! Hope that helps 🙂

I heard that for the SP emails they mistakenly reference the Torrance info and that they would send an email with the correct information shortly... that was on Wednesday and still haven't gotten an updated email. So I'm just going to show up to the SP location on the day of my interview & hope for the best
