if we are still "under consideration", is there a chance we still might get an interview?

I also got one of those too like at 6am and I said yes but nothing else after that

I got the same text last application cycle and it didn't lead to anything. I got it again this time, and I answered yes again. But to my knowledge it doesn't seem to lead anywhere :(

I think it takes awhile for it to eventually update to not accepted (like after interviews/hiring is done). So technically still a chance, but I'm not counting on it as of now. I'm hopeful there will be another wave of reaching out for interviews, but so far I'm not too optimistic about that :(

In past cohorts, a few applicants got an invite the day before their interview. But that's only if a hospital has not filled all positions after their initial round of interviews/offers.

I just got an interview from Santa Monica and Napa. I also forgot to add my resume, does anyone know how to go about it? I can't reschedule and add it again anymore.

I received invites for Santa Monica and San Pedro at 6:40am today! I know some people received invites for these locations a couple days ago, so do not give up hope if you haven't heard from a location. All of my apps still say "under consideration."

I applied to every location around 12pm on 12/15 and put each one as my first choice during the text screening. I'm an external candidate who moved from CA to OH for school. I still live out of state. I have 0 RN experience, less than a year of CNA experience, and no other healthcare experience. I have BLS, NIHSS, and ACLS.

I wasn't expecting the interviews to be in person. I'm going to reach out and see if a virtual interview is at all possible. If not, I may consider flying out for the interviews. These are the first interview invites I've gotten in CA.

Same. I just got the text this morning from the recruiter asking if I wanted my resume sent to the talent acquisition team.

We already applied to this program for different Providences, which means the talent acquisition team is the one who reviews our resume? I wonder why we got the text?

I never got that text and all my apps say under consideration still! No interview invites though so I'm starting to lose hope 😭

I also forgot to add mine but emailed the person in the email and I haven't heard back. it did let me reschedule though.

I'm starting to get nervous too! I have my license already, BSN, and have my BLS and NRP! I thought I would be a good candidate😭 I don't have any direct health care experience yet, and my clinicals weren't done at providence so maybe that has affected my chances of getting an interview😭
