Hi! I have my BSN, had a rotation there, and have about a few years of experience in the medical field. My resume is about 1.5 pages. I honestly don't even think any of this matters. Because there's so many applicants who meet the requirements and have such great accomplishments, and resumes and cover letters yet they don't even get an interview invite.

Hi! I'm external, completed clinical/preceptorship at Tarzana, ADN with BSN in progress, home health experience, no skills on resume.. but do have honors, leadership, and volunteer experience/hours listed. As well as BLS, ACLS, NIH, and fire safety. Resume is 1 page.
It is a point system now, so you get more points for BSN vs ADN, more points for experience, etc. Which I prefer over first come, first serve honestly.
I truly believe we will all end up exactly where we're meant to be.

I'm external with 3 years LVN experience in memory care ... I graduated 09/25 ADN from privet school and passed my NCLEX currently in BSN program I'm done in July .... I do NOT have clinicals in Province... my resume is one page I put my LVN experience and clinical experience what units and hours .... I'm really shocked I was selected because I have no clinicals or experience in acute care but if it happen to me can happen to you .... Good luck guys
I really hope that would be the case too. I'm a CNA with 3 years of experience, 360 direct patient care volunteer hours, graduated with ADN in June 2025 (BSN in progress), and included some leadership/club involvements in my resume. My resume is 2 full pages long + the clinical sites I included, and I don't know what's wrong with my resume cuz I haven't had luck with any new grad jobs LOL. I was just wondering if I should create a LinkedIn account like my career coach suggested. Do you guys include your LinkedIn URL on your resume? I know hiring managers look up your linkedin for other majors, but I'm not so sure for nursing...

I'm external. I graduated from the ADN program in December 2025 and am currently in the BSN program. Not take NCLEX yet. 3 years CNA exp at skilled nursing and volunteer in a hospital (not Providence). I have clinicals at Providence, but not at the location where I got the invitation. The location that I got an invitation to is the one I submitted last, so I am unsure if it is still first come first serve. My resume is 1.5 pages and includes a professional summary, clinical experiences, volunteer experiences, certificates & licenses. I did not include my linkedin but since they allow only 2 documents, I merged all my certifications + LOR in my cover letter.

When I scheduled my interview I saw Jan 7 and Jan 8 from 8.30 - 2.30 .... Good luck everyone and merry Christmas 🎁
