Hope we start hearing soon! Although Providence Holy Cross is my number 1 dream hospital, I'll take what I can get! Anyone else panicking about the idea of interviewing and forgetting literally everything?! LOL

For the Norcal region, everyone got a snapshot, then after some people got interviews and others didn't. check your junk folder and everything.

I have two LOR from school and Im waiting on a LOR from my manager but I gave them a last minute notice because I didn't realize the Residency Position was out yet. For internal canidates, is it a big deal to have or not have a managers LOR? I heard it was really a factor in the Norcal region selections.

I'm not an internal candidate but from the snapshot questionnaires, it seems like you can still upload files to your profile so just upload it asap! Worst case, they'll probably ask about you if they see that you're an internal or I guess you can ask your manager to put in some words for you if you're applying to the same location.

Just so everyone knows, the last cohort received snapshot on a Wednesday 7/26 and interview invites were going out the following Wednesday and Thursday 8/3 so I'm guessing it will be about a week before we hear anything.

I have a question about filling out the snapshot. On the email, it's saying to include paid employment history. Are you guys adding clinical rotations at the hospital for nursing school as part of work experience though it's not paid on the snapshot? Thank you
