I just got a call and finally with the official offer. Kinda low and we don't get a raise until after a year?

How long between the phone call and the email did you get?

I spoke to a steward yesterday n she informed me you get 2 raises a year for your first 3 years then an annual raise

All based on your status

for example DOU is year 1 level 3

for every year or higher acuity there is a raise

from What she told me it is a lot lower than I thought it would be but I'm still waiting on my offer letter to confirm. She did say there is a retirement, pension, 40 educational hours a year, 120 sick hours a year, and we accrue 6.66 hours of vaca every 2 weeks

their free health insurance is HMO and they do offer educational repayment or if you get your masters they pay for it

but it is definitely lower than my offer at Tarzana

I was offered 55.78 but I've been offered 55.94 from a community hospital but declined it for Kaiser. So it's not bad but was expecting a bit more?

Hm

is that with night differential, BSN differential, etc?

Evening differential is $2, night is an additional 4, and BSN is like $2 I think she said plus there are others

cause I was told a year one level 3 was 45-46$/hr

again, I havnt seen my offer letter yet only the steward told me this .

I'm at around $58 with night differential at Tarzana ER

Pay differences is also dependent on which service area you're in.  NorCal is obviously different, but here even in socal LA county will be different with riverside or San diego area

Anyone get an offer from Riverside yet?

Not yet, anxiously waiting.  Had a follow up call from one of the administrators yesterday because they were in a meeting during my interview.  I just had one person during my interview instead of two.

Oh! What did they ask you? More interview questions?
