The interview felt good, I was able to pull from my previous experience as a medical assistant and as an LVN, there wasn't any clinical or ACLS questions. Just situational questions about how I interacted with coworkers, doctors and patients..
I doubt me being internal would matter, I was one of the 6 finalist for south bay last cohort and I didn't get in. So yeah, I'm hoping for the best but won't be heartbroken if I don't get in.

That's good, I wonder how they select then. I know another Lvn at kaiser who got screening questions and she has outpatient orthopedic experience and said that was the floor they interviewed for but that was over a week ago. Well good luck to you!
