The 768hrs is only for the UNAC Kaiser locations, and 968hrs is required for the LAMC location. Not sure if all Kaiser SoCal locations for residency are UNAC but if not, and you apply to locations that are not UNAC or LAMC then you should be okay 🤞 Either way, doesn't hurt to still apply 💚😇

Make sure you know the hours you have because I feel like 768 is minimum.
16 week semester x 12 hours a week = 192
192 x 4 semesters is 768
I feel like I have more than that but to find out I'd probably have to contact my school and I genuinely never want to speak to that place ever again! LOL #NursingSchoolProblems
I for sure have 768 but could be more.

When I calculated my clinical hours, I still had access to my student portal and looked at my detailed schedule for specific times and dates to do calculation. Maybe you can try that or also asking classmates too if you feel you had more hours

I would say it's worth applying to cus you never know :)). Submitting that application can potentially lead to something vs. not submitting. Plus they can see how in so many ways you would make a great candidate so if you are able to, go for it

For Providence, is the application date for SCal Dec 18th? Also I heard Providence is rlly good as well, but never had clinicals there. Also, someone advised me to submit right when it opens cus competitive. By any chance, have you heard of any in-person/online informational sessions with them?

I woked as a PCT and tele-tech at Providence. They are pretty good, Yup on the 18th they open so will be applying there as well. Just put my Kaiser app in.

Hii, does anyone know the pay rate for the program? I know for NorCal Kaiser they posted the rates and discussed it during the info session. Wondering if they said anything for SoCal? I missed the info session😞
