The nursing school admissions offices should be able to answer your questions. If you don't get a response, then go down there in person.
Just send in the application and transcripts you have. You can note that while you enrolled at Acme and XYX colleges, you never took any courses there and as a results, those schools did not issue a transcript. You can even print out a screen shot - you should be able to log into the school system and call up what classes you took - which in your case will be blank.
Again, go to some of those schools in person and ask to speak to an admissions counselor if you don't hear back from phone, email inquiries. You also contacted them in August, and a lot of people would be on vacation then.

I'm applying to ADN programs here in SoCal and they're asking for ALL transcripts from ALL colleges attended. I've seen on here that this means ALL schools you've registered to and received a student ID number. I've heard that even if you didn't take any classes whatsoever at these schools they still require you to send in a transcript. Okay. So I've tried, and Santa Monica college put my transcript on hold because it's empty, 2 other schools I enrolled at but DID NOT take any classes at have also not even bothered to send me transcripts or an email from Parchment when I requested them. What do I do?! Will I get disqualified without these transcripts? I applied to Pasadena with the transcripts from colleges I actually took classes at but the few I only applied to for their ADN programs I did not send those since they were empty. Now I'm most likely gonna get disqualified for that... What the heck do I do about this? I've called the schools but of course no one answers or I get the run around.
