I'm so scared to take the NCLEX PN! I took a practice exam of 20 questions and got 9 wrong /:! Am I the only one!? :( I only have 4 more days!

No, you are not the only one. It happens and you have to only think positive and keep doing questions:). Trust me...there is nothing wrong and that doesnt even mean the actual results but ofcourse it is a type of validation to your confidence and knowledge. Just focus on your study...dont worry too much!

I know exactly how you feel, I was in your shoes just a week ago. I just took the nclex pn and found out today that i passed!! Its natural to be nervous but keep thinking positive thoughts. I would definitely study priority and delegation questions, your labs, and pharm meds. I highly recommend reading Kaplan's Strategies and Practice for the NCLEX it is a piece of gold, it really helped me with the questions on the nclex. I wish you all the luck in the world!!!!

I feel exactly the same you do.Just took 100 practice question from saunders and I got 69% and Kaplan q trainer 4 55%.And I'm testing in 14 days.

A piece of advice I've gotten is that if you are getting more questions right than wrong.. you are still in the game. However, it wouldn't hurt you to extend your test date to get more prepared. You will never feel 100% ready for the test.. no one ever is.. but taking 2 more weeks to REALLY study will definitely make you feel more prepared than you are now. Instead of getting 9 questions right, you might get 15 right and that will really bring your confidence up before the test! Good luck, and study smart :).

You are not the only one. I took 100 questions and got a 56% :) I hope to one day get constant 70%+ but not sure if that will happen lol

I was getting some pretty pathetic scores about a week before I took my exam. I stopped studying and just relaxed. To be honest, those questions aren't anything like the real ones anyways. It worked for me. It looks like I passed (good pop up) after 1 hour and the minimum 85 questions. Good luck!! Just don't stress yourself out!
