I'm starting the first semester (out of five) of our nursing program in two weeks... And man, I'm overwhelmed!
Only three of my six classes have posted their syllabi, but the amount of content is insane! Many instructors are requesting we read/fill out multiple things before the first day of school (To be expected Im sure) I'm starting to put everything in my planner, and it's beginning to seem impossible.
I'm a very organized and proactive person.... But this just seems like so much...
Any advice for those of us feeling this way? [emoji16]

All due respect, but that is terrible advice. You may get through nursing school by sticking to the PowerPoints, but when you graduate you will swifly come to see how much content you need to catch up on before NCLEX. Take a look at Saunder's. That massive tome is the Cliff Notes of all the content they assume you know.

I've rarely opened my books. Very rarely. My instructors go off their powerpoints and what they teach in class. Pay attention in class and take good notes. I must be doing something right as I start my final semester Monday.
