So frustrated.

I went to a job fair this week at a local hospital system. I was dressed professionally, plenty of resumes in hand. The ad specifically said RN's, LPN's, & MA's. However once I got to speak with my interviewer I found out they didn't have a single LPN job available and didn't foresee one anytime soon. I was not the only LPN who was upset. I waited for over an hour to interview with their HR, just to be told this.

I try to remind myself, every good impression and interview I do is for practice if nothing else. However it's pretty crappy on their part to waste our time.

There were 6 LPN's there waiting at the same time. One went off on them. Their response was pretty much nothing. I stayed professional, but did fill out a survey explaining my frustration.
