I'm not sure if they would substitute one grade for another, but I do know that several of the students in the program now did not have their Micro before entering the program. They started the program in January and are taking Micro in the Summer semester. I could kick myself, because lack of Micro was the only reason I didn't apply for the January class. I figured, there was no use applying without it since it counts for up to 30 points of the score. Are you planning to apply this fall? If so, good luck!!:)

Snead State is located in Boaz, AL and is a community college. They currently use the 200 point ranking system and I was wanting to know does anyone actually know how it works....? For example I am missing my micro course...however, I have two A's in A&P and a 92 on my reading compass. I have taken Math 112 - pre cal which is a higher level math than math 116 - mathematical applications and also I have chem 104. Because I am missing the micro I was wondering if they would use the math 112 or chem 104 in place of that grade for calculation purposes. Reason being I also applied to Jeff State in Birmingham, AL and they use the math 112 score or the chem 104 score if a person doesn't have one of the science courses completed. Has anyone applied to Snead and know this information, if so please help me out by letting me know..thanks in advance!
