Hi everyone, I am currently doing a fourth-semester nursing placement in a mental health facility and am on the Geriatric Transitional Unit. I need to submit 5 Smart Goals to my clinical instructor. Does anyone have suggestions for some smart goals?
Thanks!

OP, we'll help, but do you have any ideas to start with?
I'm not too sure what your CI and you consider 'Smart Goals'. I have some thoughts but you need to offer some.
And you might consider changing your screen name to something more anonymous for social media privacy (there's an oxymoron if ever there was one!).

A SMART goal is just an acronym for Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Time-based.
OP - Are these goals for your own learning progression she wants you to set? Or goals with patients?
To PP - TY for the SMART definition.
Funny thing, I never heard the acronym, but I knew the concepts for writing them. Something that you had to know when you write for lesson plans, curriculums, student tests, etc.
