Small District. No P&P.

Hello,

I am working for a very small district in California. My RN is virtual and works for an agency. We have no P&P.  Can anyone provide me with a link to School Nursing P&P for California?

Thank you for your reply.  I have read that.  I am looking more for actual policies for tube feeding, DM mgmt in schools etc.

San Diego County Office of Education School Nursing  has Individual Student Healthcare Plan Templates, their School Nurses Institute - provides monthly online education sessions and RN Discussion group.   Check if your county has similar department.
