SLCC Lafayette Louisiana

Nursing Students School Programs

Is there anyone currently or graduated or just applying in general to the ADN program at SLCC Lafayette that can give some insight on the acceptance process. Like, lowest GPA accepted and if being and LPN helps. I have been searching all over for information on this program from people who have applied or are in the program. Any info helps

What information and insight did you find out (if you did )? I applied and will not hear if I have gotten I or not until June or July. I applied for PN though.. Thanks in advance.. :)

I applied last semester. My rejection letter stated that i met all criteria but there was limited space. My gpa and teas score were both good. I am hoping to get in this time around. I was also wondering what were the odds of being denied twice? The time is dragging. My last letter was dated for may 24 but I received it may 30.

I guess it all depends on the scores of the other candidates..I know there is a point system where GPA is worth 50% teas score 40% classes taken at Slcc 5% and healthcare experience 5%

Yes I was rejected again. Im moving on to Lamar.

The letters came out?

I have someone on the inside but the letters should be going out tomorrow or the day after

Update on me: I got my acceptance letter today via email for LPN!! I had an overall cumulative GPA of 3.2. I had the following grades last semester: A,A,B,C,D.

Congrats on getting accepted!!! Still waiting hear about RN
