SJVC LVN to RN Spring 2022

Hey there everyone! I'm an LVN applying for the LVN to RN bridge program in Visalia. I have my RN ATI Fundamentals test scheduled for September 3 2021. I'm nervous yet excited! Anyone else applying? I asked admissions how many people apply. Typically 150ish apply, the top 100 are interviewed and 24 are selected. I have read other posts that mention they also have alternates. Let me know if you are applying! ???

I’m also an alternate!! Email 9:03. I heard from another alternate that we still have to attend that first week to see if anyone drops. I kinda remember hearing that from our test day. Congrats everyone! One step closer!!

Yay, congratulations! I wonder how much alternates actually get in. Anyone know?

I have a co-worker who said that she knew someone who applied in 2018 that was an alternate number 2 (I don't know how she knew which alternate she was) and she did not end up getting in. :(

I heard there are two waitlists and that first alternates have their numbers and second list of alternates don't. Typically only ones that know their numbers get in. Anyone know if that is true?

She has not received a call yet, as of now she is still an alternate.
