you should also check if you have a hold on your account.

Also, I'm looking at the classes. Do you know which part of it is the add code?

Yeah I checked and I have no hold on my account. The Course add code is the 5 digit number on the grid attachment they sent us.

I just want to make sure but we need background check/ drug screening. do we need to do anything else?

Oh wasn't that the class number? the class number and the add code is the same? also yah I don't think any of us can add it yet because its only for 'nursing majors'

Yeah they call it course add code but that is basically the same thing as the class number. I think you might be thinking about the permission number, and that one wasn't on the email that they sent.

once you sign up for castle branch it tells you your checklist! on the 14th of december the drug test and background check are due. then on the 1st of January there is a bunch of physical health stuff and CPR certification

ooo thank you!! I'm looking over the documents we need to turn in but some of them are not opening(?). I think it says the health statement/ handbook acknowledgement and stuff aren't available.. I was wondering if yalls are running into that problem too?

Also have yalls gotten the CPR certification?

I had the same issue, but I found the handbook on the nursing website and read it that way. also, I am not CPR certified but found courses in my area to take, and you get the license that same day.

You can upload your immunizations records early!! I did #9-14 yesterday. I am waiting on my doctor to give me my records so I can upload those LOL. You have to download the healthstatement and have your physician sign it. I was able to access it, but if you guys can't access it, I can send it your way!

The handbook is on the SON website. I just signed it and it completed asap.

I signed up for a CPR class near me and got an appointment with my doctor for physical and a TB test.

Anyone here asked ------------------------ how flexible the deadlines are?

for the immunizations we have to have a TITER test done as well to confirm we still have antibodies for the vaccine!

It is recommended to get both records and titer test, but you only need one of the two. I was able to get my Varicella, MMR, Tdap, and Hep B verified with the immunization records!

I just wanted to make sure because it didn't specify, but we're supposed to send the mail to One Washington Square right? just making sure im sending it to the right place
