Hello everyone!

I was looking for a Fall 2018 thread but couldn't find one so I decided to make one. I thought it would be a great way to get to know each other and to know what this applicant pool would be like this semester. I'm so excited!

Big Five GPA - 4.0

TEAs - 92%

Impaction Score - 7.06

Good luck to everyone and nice to meet you all!

Hey guys just wondering when would we start the CastleBranch process. Is it like after we receive the email? Also did anyone do their physicals yet or would we do that after we get the CastleBranch info? Lowkey confused lol

I had an appointment with my doctor a few days after being accepted, so i had her do the health statement then. I haven't received any info on castle branch yet.

^ Same! I have yet to receive an email. Was told we should receive it no later than the 20th! I have not done the physical either. I'm confused also.

Just curious if anyone has received the email about CastleBranch yet.

Nope! still waiting...

Hey guys, I was wondering if by any chance for the ones who got accepted, what were your guys stats? Im curious to know because I am lanning on applying this year to the program? And my total GPA is a 3.78, with a flat 3.7 for my science classes. And I also wanted to know how well I shall prepare for the TEAS exam as well as the WST.? Thank you.

Hi, will it be possible if you can let me know what your stats were as well as TEAS SCore and WST?

Thank you(: I will be applying this year and want to kind of have a picture in mind of what to expect?

Hi StressedE:

My impaction score was 6.577. I was #76 and I got in. I have a 4.0 in science classes with an overall GPA of 3.8. I'm not familiar with the WST as I already have a bachelor's and didn't have to take it. I did poorly on the TEAS - 79.9%, so my suggestion to you is prepare well for the TEAS. I hardly put any time into it and the result is obvious. I am lucky I got in. Good luck!

Good luck everyone! I'm going into the 5th semester. I'm a working RN at VMC in the Oncology unit. I'm here to tell you, SJSU is a great program, and the job opportunities are plentiful right now. Work hard !
