Is anyone applying? What were the stats on those who were accepted for Spring2016?

I am applying for the Fall 2016 term once our transcripts are complete on May 4th. Unfortunately I missed being in Category 1 by .07 point(s), but my Hesi is high and I have 3.63 for A&P I&II. This will be a stressful time for all of the applicants, so let's encourage each other during these months.

I am applying for Fall 16' as well. I'm not sure what category I'd be in because my HESI scores are in category 1 but my pre req's are in category 3 unfortunately. Had a lot going on personally during my 1st 2 years getting my AA so my grades weren't as good as they could've been. I'm just really leaving it in God's hands and if not ill try again in Spring with many other schools.
NeshaHunnie,
In order to be in Category 1, you have to be in Category 1 for each individual activity. So for me, although I am in Category 1 for A&P gpa, and Hesi scores, I will not actually be in Category 1 due to my pre-req gpa being 3.43. Sorry for that bit of bad news. However, I am a firm believer that if God wants you in a particular program, you are going to be in that program. I heard, through a very reliable source, that they did accept Category 3 student(s) in either the Fall '15 or Spring '16 program.
HoneyGram,
Thank you for that information but trust me I know I wasn't in category 1 lol I figure maybe they round me to category 2 with my good test scores, because I've read in previous discussions that they do some rounding to accommodate cases like mine. And wow category 3 accepting's?!? that definitely gives me some more hope because I am a firm believer as well, I even applied to both locations. I just didn't want to not apply and God could make this thing happen for me now versus waiting on Spring. I wish you luck, have you turned your application in yet?
I am turning in my application tomorrow, once the final grades have been posted. I was told by one of the nursing worksource advisor's that they cannot time/date stamp it until those final grades are in. I am going to sit with her tomorrow to make sure of my gpa, even though I am pretty sure of it. I, too, am applying to both campus' to get a better chance of being accepted.
Ok kool once again good luck! Ill be turning mine in next week sometime I have to get my transcripts from UNF this Friday. Do you have any knowledge about the rounding method and if they still use it?
I have not heard of the rounding method, but I will see what I can find out when I speak with the advisor tomorrow. We're all in this together, so I'll keep you in my prayers. :)
Thank you I'd really appreciate that and you're right your in mine as well!!
As an update, I spoke with Mrs. Luke again today. Acceptance letters are planned to be mailed out by/on June 15th. Nursing orientation is to be held on June 22nd.
Nice! Thanks, were you able to get any details about rounding categories?
She didn't really answer that question, kinda skated right by it But you can always call her at 386-312-4176 and ask for Mrs. Luke. She is a super nice lady. She leaves her office today at noon.
