Singaporean RN seeking overseas job

Hello.

I'm a Singaporean with total 5+ years working experience. 3 years as an Enrolled nurse and 2.5years as an Staff Nurse (RN) based in general ward setting+Neurology.

I'm interested in looking for a job in Australia, preferably Sydney or Melbourne/Brisbane.

Very much interested to learn more about nursing in other countries. Australia is my first choice as I'm also hoping to start & complete my degree within the next 2 years. However I'm a little lost with what are the requirements required. And where can I search for available jobs that is trustable/reliable. Can anyone help me out? I did my IELTS last month but only managed a 6.5 total. Thanks so much!
