ok. i need an ulcerative colitis scenario that focus on two needs

a) rest, comfort and activity (Pain)

b) Elimination

in order design and introduce two nursing care plans

That doesn't answer my question. Do you have to create a scenario of a patient that has ulcerative colitis? Is that what you mean? Does this patient need to have nursing problems of

  • rest, comfort and activity (Pain)
  • and, elimination?

And then, do you need to create a plan of care for these two problems? Is that what you need help with here?
