Hi guys! I've officially committed to Simmons and wanted to know if anyone else is doing the FNP program in September?!

Hello, I applied nursing @simmons Fall 2016 online too, is there any MA applicants?

I am a MA applicant, I have been told that all MA applicant, applications are currently on hold. (Say that 10 times fast haha)

have you heard anything ?

They told me that it would take longer to review MA applicant because they give fewer spots for MA applicants. I haven't heard anything yet.... Why are MA applications on hold?

Hi all - thanks for starting this thread!

I have also been accepted into the Fall 2016 cohort/ PT program! I am really excited and feel confident about this program.

Congrats to those who have been accepted and/or are currently pursuing, the application process does require a lot of work and patience to say the least. :) Now the actual program to look forward to...

Anyone out there a recent Simmons FNP graduate, who would like to share about their journey? Would greatly appreciate any insights/tips/words of wisdom.

I am discouraged about applying to Simmons because they are so expensive. Do you guys not agree? Was it worth 30k MORE than many of these other online MSN NP programs?

I am pretty sure from some research I have done that there are quite a few grants and scholarships that are available to reduce tuition since it is much higher than other programs.

I am applying for the November cohort, so I hope I will get good news soon! I am turning in my application tonight after I finish my optional statement.

Hi Erin. I too have been accepted to Simmons Online FNP for the Sept 16... well, actually Nov bc of the Bio course that i have to take. I trust this is a good program as my research seems to show that, however if you have connected with alumni, any info that you wouldn't mind sharing would be awesome as well.. I look forward to your response. God Bless

Does anyone know when clinicals start for the FT program. I'm thinking it's Term 3, but wanting to make sure... ?? Thanks in advance.

I start in January as well. So far everyone I have spoken to has good things to say. I have to take the bio bridge so technically not starting till May 2017.
