Signed attestation application?

Good day everyone!

Im am Abegail newly member here.

i applied for CVS for New york i mailed them already the copy of application form signed and authorized.but when i check the status of my application in CGFNS application noted recieved?but the CGFNS emailed me and said my application still incomplete which includes the SIGNED NOTARIZED APPLICATION.

Im confused between the Application form and signed notarized application?

And another thing is do i have to send application to new york education department aside from my application in CGFNS?

Sometimes they would just say that but they actually received it. Just wait but dbl check.

Yes you will have to send, maybe just wait until CGFNS Is almost done with your papers:)

So it means that the application and signed attestation are the samef

With regards the application in education department of new york..its ok to send it on later part

Well regarding with the application, I think so. That's at the very back part the atteststion . Forgot mine , sorry. It's he one u signed with the lawyers seal etc at the end of the application rem?
