Porter & Chester or Stone Academy for LPN School or Goodwin or 4 yr public RN program...

U.S.A. Connecticut

Hi, so trying to decide what's next if waitlisted for RN school. I was looking at Stone because if I can fundugle with my work can do their evening program and be done in 2 year's. The evening program only meets 3 times a week. Right now I work 40 variable shifts so a flexible evening program is a plus.

I would drop hours if I did the RN program. I was considering Goodwin since I am intelligible for St. Vincent's. Was thinking also about trying to apply at CCSU.

With Goodwin I have to take all my prereqs over again and on campus that's a 50 mile drive 1 way.

CCSU is a little closer but program probably isn't flexible with evening classes.

I was thinking accelerated BSN. I could retake my prereqs and pay my bills off. Then apply to UCONN in Waterbury.

With LPN can work in corrections, move to a lower cost of living State, and jump into a LPN to BSN program half the cost a 4 yr program would be in CT.
