Should I just give up on nursing?

Published

I have taken the NLN for the 3rd time and I only get in the 50% percentile range. I have become so frustrated and cried for 2 days after I took my exam. I knew I did not do good at all though I spent 3 months studying. This is something I have always wanted to do and my heart is in the right place but just feel like maybe I am just not smart enough to do this. How many times would you take the NLN before just giving up on it all together. I just need some encouragement and help on how to approach this.

I truly appreciate any advice everyone gives me.

I am just down and out.

Thanks bbroge143!

CONGRATULATIONS!!!! I am very happy for you. I won't give up because this is something I want to do. I have reached out to tutors and will start in Jan. since the next time I can take it is not until March. Hopefully, I start Fall 2010.

Sorry it took so long to respond, we went on a cruise this past Monday and got back today. Thank you so much! Like I said, you can do it. KIT :yeah:
