Should I include this job on my resume

Hi,

So I recently started a new job at a children's hospital; however I don't think it is a good fit. Kind of a toxic work environment and I just don't enjoy the job. The problem is that this hospital will not allow for an internal transfer for at least 12 months, and I am not sure I can do this job for that long.

My plan is to apply to other jobs, while staying put for now since I need a paycheck. Should I include this job on my resume since I have only been their a month, or should I leave it off and explain things during the interview process?
