Should I go for a BSN or ADN!?

Hi everyone,

I really would like anyone's opinion here because I just really do now know which route to go. Is there any serious advantages of doing the BSN over the ADN? Will I have a really hard time finding a job ( I live on Long Island), with just my ADN? Any input is great! Thank you !

It has been my experiance that as long as you have some kind of nursing degree you shouldn't have that hard of a time finding a job even with you ADN. I live in a small town though and we have high school tech students working in the hospital.
