Should I contact the BRN in California to follow up on my application

I applied for RN licensure by examination in California in December and my application still has a pending status. It says they are missing my transcripts and fingerprints. My university electronically sent them my transcripts and I submitted my fingerprints through livescan about 2 weeks ago. It feels like such a long process. How long should I expect to wait for them to process the application or give me an ATT? Will calling them help speed things up or give me important information?

My application was approved recently. Faster than I expected.
