Shoreline Spring 2016 apps

Good morning, this is my second time applying to shoreline. I have 104.10 points. I only had 101 last quarter and didn't get in because the lowest score to get in winter 2016 was 106.75. I'm praying it's not that high this quarter.

I have 105.45, and this is my 4th time trying Shoreline nursing... Anybody knows when we will hear back?

I think we should hear back in the next week or so. Did you have 105.45 last time you applied to shoreline?

Wow!! 105.45 and you couldn't get in prior? I feel like the minimum points per quarter just keep going up!! Valentines day is exactly 6 weeks from the application due date... soon I'll be avidly checking the mail box!

I hope hope hope the total points this quarter aren't that high... :unsure:

I had 102.4 points when applying to the previous quarters. Getting rejected three times was a big self-esteem killer. I ended up retaking a class and raised the points to 105.45. Good luck to everyone!

Ugh, I got rejected once and I was beyond bummed. I couldn't imagine what 3 times would do to me. I hope you get in!! It sounds like you really deserve it :}

I figure if I don't get in this time... I can retake another class. :/ I just hope it doesn't come down to that..

This is my 5th time applying to nursing school. I also applied to lake Washington and Seattle university. I have the maximum points possible for me for shoreline. The Only way to get higher points would be to retake a class. I figure that I've already come this far so I will retake a class if needed. I never thought that a 3.6 GPA wouldn't be good enough.

Just called Shoreline nursing division -- sounds like they are trying to send out decision letters possibly today. Ahhhh Did anyone ask about the minimum points for spring 2016 admission?

I just calculated I have a 3.5 gpa! I always thought that was good!

Hopefully we get those letters by the weekend! Looking at other semesters acceptance points, I'm starting to feel very doubtful of acceptance. Especially with last quarters ridiculously high 106.75!! I see it that everyone who got under, are re-applying again this quarter.

So, I plan on retaking microbio. If I get an A I can add 6 points, which will hopefully get me up to 108 :) Trying to stay optimistic...

That's what I'm afraid of. If everyone who got under 106.75 reapplied I'm not sure my 104.10 would be good enough. I could retake my first A&P which I got a 3.0 in. Which would give me 3 more points and raise me o a 107.10. At least we both know that if we retake single class we will for sure get in! I'm very confident that we would.

I feel like 107 is extremely competitive!! Its reassuring to know someone else is in the same boat.

I'm ready-ing an application for this current period. I figured, why not!
