Shoes!!!!!!

Hello Nurses,

I am an ICU nurse and I work 12 hours shifts. The question is what are the best shoes for working in? I come home many days feeling like my feet and my back are having a tug of war with the rest of my body. I am looking for clogs with wooden heels but don't know who makes them or where to find them. Any suggestions?! My feet and my back will thank me.

New Balance 608. I just bought my third pair. I won't wear anything else. I tried clogs but I'd wake up with leg cramps after a 12 hour shift. It happened every time!
