Where I work, B shift is critically understaffed. All the "veterans" (one year and over) are leaving. C shift will be fully staffed very soon, and A shift is in between. How is it where you work?
I work agency. From what I've seen in most states, the middle shift is usually the most understaffed. But, anything can happen and does. Nights is next in understaffing and more of a problem is someone calls out.
