SHARP 2024 Summer Residency

I didn't see any posts for this upcoming cohort, so I wanted to start one 🙂 

Has anyone gotten back to any of you about your applications or is it still too early? I saw interviews are April/May

I believe each unit works at their own paces, they all have different people in charge for hiring so that's why only some people have been reached out to by certain units

I second this! I had actually emailed the new grad team a while ago and they just responded to me saying that their interview period ranges from April-May with each hiring manager having their own process/pace and that you will hear within that timeframe! Good luck everyone!

Has anyone heard back for interview for the OR unit?

I received a text yesterday from Sharp recruitment to let me know I had not been selected for first choice L&D and that my application would be forwarded to my second choice unit (womens PCU). I had a pretty good idea this would be the outcome as I know someone who works on the L&D unit and was already told she would be given a spot. 

I'm glad I finally heard something from Sharp directly because I was holding onto hope that at the very least I would get a chance to interview. Hoping its not too late to be considered by my second choice unit.

I think someone mentioned earlier that they knew someone that received a call back for an interview

Hi everyone just found this page! Is it a good sign if after your interview you receive a reference request?

I believe it's a positive sign; it suggests they're interested in progressing to the next stage. When did you interview? How was your interview?

Got my rejection email for OR only but they completely made my application inactive so I emailed them.

Has anyone heard back from Grossmont ER for references or a job offer yet?

 Got a reference request and a R.N. experience form. Still waiting crossing fingers.
