Hello! Starting this thread here to talk about Sharp's Nurse Residency Program for Spring 2026 in San Diego, CA.

I am internal. I got the email my app was forwarded to the hiring manager in early December but I haven't heard anything since. So hard to wait this long!

Ah, well at least we're both in the same boat as internal candidates waiting to hear back from the Grossmont ED. Hopefully that means they just haven't started interviews yet. Good luck!! I'll let you know if I hear anything else.
