People that have interviewed, when you got your text reminder about your interview, how many names were listed for who was going to be interviewing you? Mine says only the New grad recruiter's name and I'm wondering if it's true only one person instead of a panel/the nurse manager?

Every unit will be different, but for everyone asking! I received an invite for an interview the day after I was notified my application was sent to the hiring manager. The invite came in as a text and an email. I received the invite 2 weeks ago and my interview date is in May.

I have a BSN and I am internal. I don't have work experience in the ER, other than doing an internship. Don't lose hope!! I would guess they're probably still going through all the applications. Crossing my fingers for you!! 🫶
