My name changed a few weeks ago with Sharp Memorial, cohort #, and Acute/Progressive Care but my status remains "Under Consideration." I haven't received any invitations to interview or heard anything else, I was wondering if anybody knew if interviews are still happening or if this means anything. I'm external btw! Thank you!

Hi all, just wanted to post my timeline for future applicants to reference.

Applied end of Nov > Interview invite end of Dec > Interview beginning of Jan > Verbal offer 1 week later > Official offer 1 week later 🙂

Thanks for sharing and congrats on your offer! If you don't mind sharing, which hospital/unit did you receive an offer from? Also, are you an internal applicant and/or have any previous RN experience?

External first time applicant, no previous RN experience, 2 externship experiences at different hospitals (not Sharp), and I already passed NCLEX and have my RN license. Hope this helps!

Hi all, 

Has anyone interviewed for 1W memorial? I contacted the acquisition talent lady and she said that that specific unit "has not started interviews yet" but I feel like its been too long. I'm an internal and my application still states "under consideration"
