There were only behavioral questions - no clinical/situational ones !

This is so discouraging! I applied back in May to the Fall cohort. I received an email saying we wouldn't hear from the until the week of July 21st for the fall cohort. Those who got interviews, did you apply to the Summer cohort as well or are these interviews for the fall cohort? Also are you internal? Have your RN already? Just curious about the process of selection. It seems very random. Good luck on your interviews! It's tough out there!

I also applied to the Summer cohort but did not receive an interview. I take my NCLEX next week. External. I think it was because the majority of my experiences was basically within the same speciality.

I feel you! This is my second time applying to this hospital and I apply as soon as the applications open ☹️ I've applied both times to oncology and so far nothing.
